The premiere Game of Thrones fansite, Winter Is Coming, has broken the news that HBO’s GAME OF THRONES has finally found the talented actor who can fill the role of the “slender, and fine featured” Jaqen. German performer, Tom Wlaschiha (Valkyrie) has scored the role. The thirty-eight year old, who has appeared in both Munich and Enemy at the Gate, will take on the character that the network describes as “sly, enigmatic, and a dangerous criminal,” in the series’ sophomore season.

Currently shooting in Belfast, Tom Wlaschiha will join the new cast line-up stars now on board Game of Thrones; actress Gemma Whelan (Gulliver’s Travels) in the role of Yara, Stephen Dillane (The Hours) as Stannis Baratheon, and Carice van Houten (Black Book) as Melisandre.
