LOUIE “Moving” Advance Review

LOUIE “Moving” Season 2 Episode 3 – In this episode, Louis decides that it’s time for he and his girls to move into a new place. Searching for apartments/houses is always fun (not) and true to form, Louis runs into some, shall we say, challenges. Though I have to admit that in all my years of moving in and out of various apartments and houses, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything as wacky as the stuff he saw in his search.
Then again, that’s kinda the point. I mean if Louis’ life was normal, what fun would that be, right?
Like everyone who’s been apartment and house hunting, Louis does what we all do – he finds a place he loves that’s way out of his price range. The place is huge, it’s beautiful…and it’s completely ridiculous for a guy with his budget. Does Louis let that stop him? Well, I guess you’ll have to tune in to find out.
My favorite (and non-spoilery) bits..
Louis telling a great story about being on an airplane – complete with accents and all.
Louis’ daughter ending an argument in the most unique way I’ve ever seen. Trust me, even for a five-year-old, this was unique.
Someone asking Louis if he would like to make a “nice child nest.”LOL.
Louis looking out a window and being a witness to ..well, something I don’t think I could begin to describe, even if I wasn’t trying to avoid spoilers. Let’s just say it was bizarre, and kinda hilarious.
A real estate agent spouting off the thoughts that were going through Louis’ head and dancing around him in circles.
The way Louis’ accountant had to actually detail exactly what it would take to get the place Louis wanted, and then telling him the amount he had in his assets.
“Why should they get paid for shit I did?”
Louis describing what the royal family’s faces look like. Haha!
This episode of Louie premieres airs tonight (Thursday, July 7) on FX Network at 10:30pm. Once the episode has aired, come back up and let me know what you think. I’d love to hear from you!
