After just seeing her on Castle this past week (and totally calling that her character was the murderer), Big Love‘s Tina Majorino is about to make a guest appearance on another one of my favorite shows.
TVGuide.com reports that the actress will guest-star in an upcoming episode of Bones.
Majorino will play Special Agent Genny Shaw who will assist Booth (David Boreanaz) in his search for vigilante sniper Jacob Broadsky (Arnold Vosloo). Turns out that Agent Shaw’s inexperience will quickly become apparent when her cover is blown by Broadsky during a stakeout and her mistake will put both her and Booth in Broadsky’s crosshairs.
Sounds scary for Booth but I’m very excited by that. I’m looking forward to some more action as the previous episodes featuring Broadsky have been fantastic so far.
Currently Marjorino can be seen in a recurring role as Heather Tuttle on Big Love. She is probably best known for playing roles like Deb in Napoleon Dynamite and Mac on Veronica Mars. She also starred on ABC’s short-lived legal drama, The Deep End, which I thought was great (though unfortunately, the ratings proved that I was in the minority).
Bones airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Fox and Majorino’s episode, “The Hole in the Heart,” (aka the season’s “penultimate episode”) is scheduled to air May 12.
