Alright so many of you probably already know that COUGAR TOWN is heading over to Hawaii during May sweeps this season. What you may not know is that the tipsy cul-de-sac crew will be running into a familiar face when they get there..well familiar to anyone who’s seen Scrubs, anyway.
TVLine.com reports that actor Sam Lloyd is close to finalizing a deal to reprise his role as Sacred Heart’s long-suffering and dim-witted attorney Ted Buckland in C-Town’s season finale.
So far details are slim on how exactly Ted will figure into the storyline, which will revolve around Jules and Co. flying to Hawaii to help Travis through some kind of crisis. Maybe Ted will sing their troubles away?
While executive producer Bill Lawrence has done a lot of blending of universes with his former and current shows, this would mark the first time an actual character from Scrubs would make an appearance on Cougar Town.
