It looks like the highly anticipated BONES spinoff may have finally found its star. According to TVLine.com, Geoff Stults has been cast as the lead in the new show.
Stults, whose credits include October Road, 7th Heaven and Happy Town, will front the pilot, which is set to air as the 19th episode of the current season of Bones. The show will reportedly be based on The Locator series of two books written by Richard Greener. Stults will play the character of Walter Sherman aka “the Locator,” a former military policeman who can find anything.
Michael Clarke Duncan (The Green Mile) was previously cast as Walter’s partner Leo, a tough, raw-hide cowboy philosopher. So far, the show is looks like it’s shaping up pretty well.
