Nazanin Boniadi Joins HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER

Nazanin Boniadi will be joining the cast of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, playing a love interest for Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) on the CBS comedy. A show insider tells TVLine.com only that Boniadi will appear in multiple episodes as the character Sarah.

Boniadi first became known on General Hospital, portraying Nurse Leyla Mir. She originated the role as a series regular on SoapNet’s General Hospital: Night Shift before the show was cancelled, prompting her move to daytime. Boniadi has appeared in Iron Man, The Deep End, 24, and HawthoRNe. She has also been cast in the upcoming movie, The Next Three Days, starring Russell Crowe.
