THE GOOD WIFE has cast Rita Wilson (It’s Complicated, Old Dogs) and F. Murray Abraham (Amadeus) in a February episode inspired by Facebook Founder (and Time Magazine’s Person of the Year) Mark Zuckerberg and the film The Social Network.
In the episode, a young genius who created a popular website sues producers of a film made about his life for defamation of character. Abraham will portray Burl, the smug but personable lead attorney for a film conglomerate.
In a subplot, Wilson will play Diane’s (Christine Baranski) old friend Viola, a powerful and self-confident attorney who needs help with a case.
The Good Wife airs on CBS Tuesdays at 10pm eastern/9pm central.
