ABC Family is setting up for the pilot of their new drama WHAT WOULD JANE DO and have added Andie MacDowell to the cast list!
What Would Jane Do is the story of 16 year old Jane (Erica Dasher of The Lake) who ends up working for a fashion company after being mistaken for an adult. MacDowell is set to play “Grey”, Jane’s boss. She’s described as ““the hard-nosed, tough-as-nails boss”. It’ll be interesting to see how MacDowell plays the part!
In a press release, ABC Family described the premise of Jane as: “Jane soon finds herself juggling life as a regular teenager in high school and as an assistant to a high-powered executive in the cutthroat world of fashion … all while trying to keep her true identity a secret.”
There is no date set for when the What Would Jane Do pilot will air, but we’ll keep you posted!
