HAWAII FIVE-0 is bringing back a villain and adding a fun twist.
TV Guide reports that James Marsters will reprise his role as Victor Hesse, who killed Steve McGarrett’s father in the pilot, in a Christmas-themed episode of the CBS drama this December. Even better, he will have a connection to another villain named Wo Fat. Fans of the first Hawaii Five-0 will recognize that name as original flavor Steve McGarrett’s archenemy, who was played by Khigh Dheigh.
The new Wo Fat will be a fresh take on the old character, though executive producer Peter Lenkov said, “There’s buzz about Tia Carrere being Wo Fat, but we do have a man in mind.”
One more tidbit about the holiday episode: we’ll apparently get to see Danny as Santa.
