this was one of the most idiotic episodes ever!!!!!!! i just realized how much time i wasted on watching this stupid show that ever graced the airwaves.

  • Mark Malinowski

All summer long, NBC has been saying “All will be explained.” Well, NOTHING has been explained. I wish i had never started watching the series. I feel very ripped off.

  • CMad

Agreed with all. I thank NBC for exposing itself as a lying BS network. I wasted 13 hours of my life on this awful series. I am SOOOO happy that I won’t be duped into their other P-O-S offerings for the upcoming season. It will save me watching any episodes. I’ll be happily ignoring The Event, Undercover, any other BS shows that this deceiptful network has to offer.

  • Reen Bell

I have watched all summer, and tonight find out there is no ending. What a waste of time. You have just lost me as a viewer for this network.

  • Cyndi

I’ve watched all the episodes and I’m lost?????? Did I miss something? Is the story just starting over? Is there really no ending? That was it?

  • Graham

If they do another 13 next year, it might be ok. But you can’t just end on “Welcome to level 2″.

  • nancy

I agree. What a crock! “Persons Unknown” was a waste of time. NBC has just confirmed what liars they are. No wonder, people do not trust network tv.

  • D

What was the point of the whole series. Just in case your writers have not learned this-there is suppose to be a begining a middle and an ENDING to a series!

  • Jean

I agree with everyone else. This was a disappointing waste of time & I will not be sucked in again by this deceptive network! I can’t believe I wasted so many hours of my life on this garbage. Kind of feel like I’ve been trapped & controlled. Think about it! No More!

  • no

This was utter crap. I feel like I’ve wasted 13 weeks that I can’t get back. I sincerely hope NBC thinks they’re gonna rope me into watching another season of this crap. I really hate this.

  • no

Take note NBC. The viewers are not happy.

    • Simon

Completely idiotic ending when you promise all summer that ‘all will be revealed’. Obviously they intended on more seasons, but they should have had decency to change it when the ratings weren’t there to support that idea. Count me as another viewer who’s abstaining from the new nbc shows this fall.

  • christine

Was that IT?? Talk about anti-climatic. I’ll pay attention to the writers/producers/network….and avoid in the future.

  • Robin Albers

I agree completely with everyone here! Whatever the message was in Persons Unknown, I didn’t get it, and I’m not a completely dense person. So much so that I’ve caught on enough not to watch another NBC show. I like endings with answers. Be them happy, sad, shocking etc. When I read a book I read it to the end, as that’s usually why you’ve started reading it. But I do not enjoy spending my time getting involved in a story just so I can end up sitting there saying WTF? NBC you have lost another viewer!! Thanks for nothing!

  • RA

Note on NBC’s website, it now says Persons Unknown – SEASON finale!? All summer they have said it was just a one season show with all the questions answered at the end???

  • http://www.daemonstv.com/author/eric/ Eric

Folks, Thanks for your comments and I agree with everyone here. All will be revealed???. The worst marketing stunt ever pulled.

    I feel cheated.

  • Brook

    Crap! Crap! Crap!

  • Bob

Needs a second season. Cannot just end that there. NBC said all along ‘all answers will be given’, guess what? Still questions!

    • Bob

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed it a whole lot, I juat want more! If you’ve cancelled it? Fine, usual rubbish network move anyway. If that was how it was intended to end? Get lost! There must be more!

  • BigMcLargeHuge

Anyone else feel like they’ve just been used? I seriously can’t believe that was the ending! I just wasted 13 hours of my life I’ll never get back!!!

  • http://sucks.com Chris

That was the worst ending ever. I can’t believe I wasted my time watching this show. I’m done with network TV, every decent show they cancel before it has a chance or truncate the story so it resolves nothing, and ends with some band aid ending.

    Garbage.

  • mks

    Stupidest thing I ever saw!!!!
What a waste of time watching this show all summer!!

  • Stevie

I wholeheartedly disagree with these posts! Persons Unknown (& in particular the last two episodes) were some of the best that I’ve seenon netwark tv in ages. This show reminded me of The Outer Limits. Everytime it was anounced that all would be explained at the end I would think, “Please don’t let it be some mindless, oversimplistic, cookiecutter ending where everything is wrapped up nice and neat.”. I like shows that make one think. And by the way folks, everything was explained – just maybe not in the way one might expect (ie. a twist)- the program itself (institute) & how farreacing its influence and control was + the fact that one can never excape the program. One either conforms or dies . The ending confirms this by showing that there will be a level 2,3,4,5… until the program gets the desired effect (ie. conformity or death). I hope to see more of this high caliber programming instead of the usual mindless crap that is so prevalent on netwark tv.

    • Stevie

      P.S. -
An interesting side note is that it would appear from the conversation in the boardroom sceen that this is the only group that merited a level 2.
