ABC loves Stephen Collins (7th Heaven). Already Addison’s father on Private Practice and a regular on No Ordinary Family, Collins will also guest on BROTHERS AND SISTERS this fall. E! Online reports he will play a love interest for Uncle Saul.
So far Collins is only scheduled to appear in the fourth episode, but there is the possibility of a multi-episode arc, and it could be a meaty role given that Saul learned in last season’s finale that he contracted HIV years before. Though he was symptom-free, who knows what the year-long time jump since that finale means for his health.
