Episode Synopsis: 18 TO LIFE “Baby Got Bank” Episode 4 – Jessie and Tom enter the dangerous waters of the joint bank account – Tom (Michael Seater) and Jessie (Stacey Farber) receive a belated wedding gift of three thousand dollars from Tom’s Uncle. After considering blowing it on a flat screen TV, Jessie decides instead to open a joint bank account. Tom encourages the idea, buying into the adage “what’s mine is yours.” But he soon discovers it’s all “mine” and no “yours”, given that virtually all their shared assets come from him. Meanwhile, Judith (Ellen David) mistakenly catches Ben (Peter Keleghan) checking out Tara’s (Angela Asher) assets, prompting her to ask Tara to be her workout partner. But when Tara’s workouts prove too intense for Judith, she begins to convert Tara to a much more relaxing workout: the martini lunch. Al Goulem, Tiio Horn, Arielle Shiri, Jesse Rath, Erin Agostino and Carl Alacchi also star.
18 TO LIFE “Goy Story” Episode 5 – A secret from Ben’s past threatens to ignite over a family dinner with a rabbi – When Judith (Ellen David) is confronted with Jessie’s (Stacey Farber) gentile ways (“a few bacon bits in that matzo ball soup will liven ‘er right up”) she suggests they bring in an expert, Rabbi Goldstein (Harvey Atkin), who converted Ben (Peter Keleghan) long ago. However, when Judith invites the Rabbi to dinner with the Hills, Ben is thrown into a mysterious panic and Judith doesn’t know why. Al Goulem, Michael Seater, Angela Asher, Tiio Horn, Arielle Shiri, Jesse Rath, Erin Agostino and Carl Alacchi also star.
