MERCY and TRAUMA Cancelled By NBC

mercy_trauma_nbc

NBC has cancelled MERCY and TRAUMA according to Michael Ausiello.

I can’t say that this comes as a surprise and I can’t say that I am sad, since I wasn’t watching either show. However, I’m sure it must be very disappointing for fans of the shows. That said with all the pickups announced by NBC, hopefully fans will find something new to watch this fall.

Amongst NBC’s new pickups are The Cape, Outlaw, Harry’s Law, Friend with Benefits, Chase, Undercovers, The Event, Love Bites, Outsourced and Perfect Couples.

I am very disappointed that Trauma has been cancelled. I really enjoyed the show and of course, I have not seen it for the last few weeks. It was one of the better shows as far as I am concerned and I will miss it. Why not get rid of some of these other ridiculous shows and give Trauma a chance??

I agree!!! It is so annoying when you find a show that you really like and then they take it off the air before it even has a chance!! I really liked Mercy too!!! NBC always cancels shows that are Great and then puts on stupid ones

I am very disappointed that both Trauma and Mercy are cancelled. These two shows were great compared to a lot of the crap that is on TV these days!

Why did you cancel Trauma? I love that show!! Did you even give it a try? Please bring it back!!!

SERIOUSLY!!!!! Two great shows canceled. What are you people thinking. Enough of the senseless (un funny) sitcoms. Does no one believe in ADULT TELEVISION

Mercy was CRAP from the start but Trauma is a GREAT SHOW!!! One of the few medical shows that actually portrayed the medical profession realistically! What a shame! Finally NBC has a decent show and poof! it’s gone! Let’s all watch more garbage reality shows and kill off a few more brain cells!!

At last! I’m a 30 year veteran of EMS and currently a flight nurse. The first show was an absolute travesty coming near an anniversary where 6 of my colleagues and 2 friends were killed in an air to air collision. Our portrayal as hormone driven risk takers was at best insulting. Three major EMS professional organizations and 2 major professional journals panned this show. For the sake of our patients, friends and families that watched this show and then questioned us I am glad someone at NBC had the compassion to cancel this show.

I cannot believe that you would take off Mercy and Truama. Mercy just ended it’s season with a real cliff hanger. Or you kidding me. Please don’t take it off. We love that show……

Trauma was an awesome show. I really enjoyed watching the shows and actually kicked my kids of the T.V. just to watch the show. That’s a bummer that you let that show go. So I know I stick to the re-runs of NCIS. :(

typo in last sentence So now I stick to re-runs of NCIS
