COMMUNITY “Beginner Pottery” Review

What did you think of tonight’s episode of Community “Beginner Pottery”?

Personally, I thought tonight was one of the more disappointing episodes of the season. I was bored with the sailing plot. I have to admit, however, that Pierce’s captains outfit was funny as was the professor’s Titanic poster with the X through it. Although I do wonder if some schools really teach sailing in the parking lot? That would be awesome. The parts where Pierce fell overboard and then sunk his row boat was amusing at best in my opinion. The rescue scene was only mildly funny to me as well. Normally I love the show, so I’m not sure what was up with tonight? What did you think? Was I just not getting it?

I enjoyed the pottery plot much more.I was surprised that Jeff got so competitive in the class, I thought the point was to take any easy blow off class that you don’t care about. It was a bit frustrating to watch somebody fail such an easy class, and for such a stupid reason lol. I mean all he had to do was take the class without spooning anyone or singing Unchained Melody and he failed both. A few of my favorite parts from the pottery class was the teacher that called everyone his “blueberries”, the giant poster of an X’d out Patrick Swayze, and how the teacher called Ghost references “Ghost-bursts”.
