Fox has renewed FRINGE for a third season. This is a really good news for fans of the show especially since the second season will resume with eight new episodes beginning Thursday, April 1 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). We now know we can look forward to more episodes after the season 2 finale and most likely big cliffhanger.
And for the curious ones, here is what you can look forward to in the spring premiere episode titled “Peter” (caution, there might be some spoilers): Walter (John Noble) flashes back to 1985 while explaining Peter’s (Joshua Jackson) otherworldly origins to Olivia (Anna Torv). Also, Peter’s mother (guest star Orla Brady) is introduced and details of the neighboring world reaffirm that there is more than one of everything.
