Please, if possible, pass this message on to Mr. O’Donnell.
    Mr. O’Donnell:
You brought me to tears watching the premier of the show “Undercover Boss.” It is Wonderful to see a Boss really take an interest in what is going on in his company, taking an interest in his employees, their positions on the job, their personal lives, and their performance and attitudes on the job.
More companies need to follow in your footsteps, Mr. O’Donnell. If ever I find myself needing employment, your company will be TOPS on my list.
Thank You Sir, taking the initiative to see how your employees fair working for your company and for being Brave enough to appear on the show “Undercover Boss.” God Bless You!

This is a refreshing alternative to the mindless sex and alcohol driven reality shows. Finally a show that can make a difference in the hard working america lives with a 180degree look at how a employee see his or her job from a employeers view. I wonder who’s wifes idea it was to come up with a good show like undercover bosses. Interna affairs does not have to be bad unless you have something to hide.
