Eric Northman Vs Bill Compton – TRUE BLOOD Showdown

Our partner site Daemon’s Books is holding a poll on a very controversial topic: Who would rather sink your teeth into between Eric Northman and Bill Compton?

Now the first attempt at polling this ended up in over 170 comments with a lot of questionable voting practices, ie the same folks writing under different names to try and rig the election (I swear I am not making this up).

So Amie, our Daemon’s Books writer, decided that the only fair thing to do would be to have a poll that only counted unique IPs so we could get an accurate count. So far Eric is winning by a landslide but there is still time to vote. Go and check out the True Blood “Eric Vs Bill” poll at Daemon’s Books and cast your vote. Come on you Bill fans, show your man some love.

LOL. I crack up that Bill needs someone to pimp for votes for him. Same thing happened on the TwitterWorld Poll. Eric was so far ahead, that people posted begging to include Bill in their voting to get him higher. Alan Ball can say all he wants about Bill’s popularity being equal to Eric… it doesn’t make it true.

I like Bill well enough, but for me Eric has grown to be the most interesting character in book and show. And it’s more than just Skarsgard (Eric) being hot. Whoever thinks that is being condescending. We want to see his character development… not just skin. Although I’m not complaining about that part at all. *wink*

Bill doesn’t need anyone to ‘pimp’ for votes for him. The Eric fans rig every poll around just as they tried to rig this one. We love our Vampire Bill.

Youn are literally Crazy Bill is all Hairy and gross and constantly watches over Sookie like a freaking stalker now Eric Northman on the other hand doesnt stalk Sookie and though at first doesnt seem into her except her blood but get over it cause in the books Eric is going to marry Sookie and bill is gone forever! yaaaah! Yes, it was the Eric people who rigged the polls. Eric people are more vocal on the internet – that does not say that there are not Bill people out there! Over 10 mil people tuned in to True Blood – are you trying to tell me that they are all Eric people?? Sorry, but there is a life outside True Blood – some people like to do other things than be on the internet going on polls and dissing on other actors because they have more screen time!

You know what – who cares!! The only reason you guys dis on Bill or Stephen Moyer is because of Green Eyed Jealousy! Go read a book! Even Charlaine has now come out saying that she does not understand the love of Eric as he is bad! Bill was too hard to write for, so there!! As I said, go read a book – you will find all the Eric love you want there – you won’t see it in the better version – the show! The show is obviously for more intelligent people so good bye!

ERic is a dumb arse. He tricked Sookie into just about everything! EVEN MARRIAGE!! PLUS!!! IT IS NOT EVEN A REAL MARRIAGE!! Whay are you Erics so frightened of Bill!! Why the HATE!! Eric is a loser and CH has not finished her book series – why don’t we just wait and see! Sookie is questioning whether it is the blood that is making her go to Eric!! I hope she give s Eric the boot!
