It looks awesome! Now if Sookie could rescue herself or with the help of Eric, that would make the season finale!

  • Suleyka

If Sookie dies ima be Pissed. But i would like Eric & Sookie to be together now that Bill betrays them and stuff. Cant wait for the Next Espisode :)

  • Versable

Why would Sookie die? She is the protagonist of the she, the books revolve around her, and there is a third Season already approved?

  • unimpressed

    i think season 2 SUCKS. :(
What were the writers thinking for this season? It’s HORRIBLE. WAY over the top. I’m so disappointed because season 1 was so great.

  • Carmen

Sookie is not going to die…Eric and sookie are not going to get together maybe they’ll hook up but never be together and bill is not a trader…didn’t ya listen to what the queen told him…so he’s going to act like that….but i do think someone that sookie loves is going todie die probably Bill,Jason,or Tara because she was actually crying or probably eric dies because she’ll cry for him just because she’s connected to him cause she drunk his blood….and season two was also GREAT why because they didn’t put so much nudity sences i guess thats why you don’t like it!!!

A few things… what the hell is up with the egg?! What is it? It’s freaken’ weird… Eric( Alex Skarsgard) I was a huge fan last week googled him, wrote nice things about him…it’s safe say I was totally smitten with him after the scene with him and Sookie. However this weeks episode was another matter…after seeing him taunt those children and hungrily looking at them and even laughing at Pams distaste for them I’m thinking…yup, still an animal! Now I hate him! Are we gonna see a softer of him again? Or was that scene meant to jult the Eric fans and remind them that indeed he is a cold blooded killer first and formost? Interested in seeing how the finale is going to tie it all together and find out what the hell that egg is about!!

what the hell is with the egg is the same thing im wondering…im hoping eric will be the one to save sookie since bill is all involved with getting rid of maryanne…bill is just as much a jerk as eric can be because he was sent by the queen to investigate sookie (in the book anyways)…hence the conversation of bill and eric at the queens lair talking about how bill gave her his blood the first night they met…i hate this whole thing with the maenad…she is just an excuse to put orgies in this season…in the book she was mentioned like two sentences (scratching sookie as a message to eric)…she needs to go away…i hate these side stories…i wish they would stick to the love triangle…so annoying

umm. okay season two way different from the books. Actually Eric is way more endearing in the books, and Bill does betray Sookie for real twice. however it seems that the show is trying to keep them together so I doubt that he will die.
Also people should enjoy this for what it is. A great tv show. It is a fantastical escape from reality!

    **SPOILER**

mark my words, jason stackhouse is going to die. he was supposed to “use his head” all season and he finally chose to try to help and be smart but with that is a big price. also if you look at the season 2 promo there’s a song called “beyond here lies nothing” .. well in the promo maryann has a vile of blood and it falls to the ground and shatters and at the same time jason falls to his knees and starts bleeding. obviously this is foreshadowing that jason is going to be the blood sacrifice that maryann wants or is going to get. also in the preview to the finale you see sookie kneeling on the ground saying “i’m so sorry” … this is because she’s crying over her dead brother. then in season 3 it’s going to be this dramatic story about how sookie is now all alone and she’s the only one in her family alive. anyways, should be a fun episode.

    ERIC!!!!Du är varmt!
My husband is Swedish and thinks that I have a thing for all Swedish men now that Eric is on the scene. Ha. Maybe so. And he thought he was special.

I am really enjoying the show. I do hope they don’t get rid of Jason. I think that actor is going to be a huge huge star in the future. His southern accent is spot on, and I can’t believe he is not from the south! It would be a shame to lose such a talent. I heard he was some kind of werepanther…so I am not sure where the story line is going. I don’t read the books ( I like the suspense of the show)but my friend does and she told me this.

  • Fairygirl

By the way, my husband thinks it is over the top too, but please…it is a vampire story. Over the top of what….vampires having relationships with humans? That was conventional to you? I think Alan Balls sense of playfulness and humor is so much fun that it is a delight to watch. For once I feel something is being written to truly entertain people like me, and not the
lowest common denominator like most TV shows.

Well, I’m not going to make prediction because last week I got everything wrong. One thing I’m happy about is that the Maryann/maenad part of the story is over. That was drawn out way too long!
I dislike the way they have portrayed the Queen. In the books,( I know I shouldn’t say that) she is manipulative and powerful here she is just nuts. Vampires are strong in relationship to how many years they have lived. Eric is a thousand years old and Ball says the Queen is four hundred years old. With that logic Eric should be far more powerful but he isn’t—drives me crazy!
Throughout the season, Bill has been saying that Jessica was dangerous, a loaded gun. She has certainly proved that in the final episode. I wonder if she and Hoyt will ever get together again. There are questions at the end. First of all who kidnapped Bill? I see two possibilities. Eric is the obvious one but then again it could be someone like Lorena or even the Queen. One detail I thought was interesting was that before giving Sookie her ring, Bill gives her airplane tickets to Burlington Vr—Why?
Aren’t you all curious to see what Sam’s parents look like and don’t you wonder why they gave him up. I guess that werewolves come next season. That should be very interesting.

I know I’m swimming against the current here but I thought Season 2 started well and got progressively worse all the way up until the last episode. The quality of the dialog, plot and acting became rather poor. Season 1 was much better.
