Karla Garcia & Jonathan Platero – Hip Hop

Thoughts: Wow, that was a train wreck. Karla didn’t do too bad, but unfortunately she was dragged down by Jonathan. There was no chemistry between the two whatsoever. Not a good week for them.

Choreography: Mandy Moore
Music: “Heartbreaker” by Pat Benatar
Thoughts: I have to admit I was a little bored by this routine. It was just average for me.

Music: “Emotion” by Destiny’s Child
Thoughts: I thought it was a pretty good performance. But I think Melissa’s costume was probably the best part.

Thoughts: That was soooo freaking AWESOME! I loved it. The choreography was really great, and so were Jonathan and Janette.

Music: “Sweet Dreams for You” by Jewel
Thoughts: Honestly, I was a little bored by it, but I think it had to do a little more about the style of dancing.

Randi Evans & Evan Kasprzak – Contemporary

Music: “Koop Island Blues” by Koop feat. Ane Brun
Thoughts: So far these two are my favorite couple. And the choreography was once again a brilliant one from Mia Michaels. So freaking original. I loved it.

Caitlin Kinney & Jason Glover – Paso Doble

Choreography: Jean-Marc Genereaux
Music: “O’Fortuna” from Carmina Burana – Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg & Kurt Prestel
Thoughts: Love the song, but expected more from the performance. It just didn’t hit as hard as it felt it should.

Jeanine Mason & Phillip Chbeeb – Broadway

Choreography: Tyce DiOrio
Music: “Moses” from Singing in the Rain Original Soundtrack
Thoughts: I loved that Broadway routine. I thought Jeanine did a lot better than Philip, but it was lots of fun.
