LITTLE GIRL LOST: THE DELIMAR VERA STORY Pictures and Video

Little Girl Lost - Tatita (Marlene Forte) and Luz (Judy Reyes)

After seeing so many promos for LITTLE GIRL LOST: THE DELIMAR VERA STORY, I actually got quite curious about it. It sounds like such a sad story and Judy Reyes (Scrubs) looks really good in it, plus it’s a definite change from her character, Carla, on Scrubs.

Don’t forget to watch Little Girl Lost: The Delimar Vera Story on Sunday, August 17, at 8pm on Lifetime Movie Network.

For now check out a promo and more pictures from Little Girl Lost: The Delimar Vera Story below.

Synopsis: In “Little Girl Lost,” Judy Reyes (Scrubs) portrays Luz Cuevas, a working-class mother who is told that her infant daughter, Delimar, has perished in a suspicious fire in their Philadelphia row house. Despite the evidence, and based only on her intuition as a mother, Luz remains convinced that her daughter was kidnapped and that she’s still alive. Luz and her husband (Hector Bustamante) attempt to put the tragedy behind them for the sake of their other children, however, Luz continues to suspect her distant cousin (Anna Ortiz) of foul play and enlists the help of Angel Cruz (A Martinez), a sympathetic State Representative.

I just don’t understand how the fire and police dept. of Philidelphia make the such a mistake. I am sitting here watching the movie for the 2nd time and still can not believe it. Delimar is very lucky to have a mother that never gave up.

this movie was excellent, I recorded this on the DVR @ work, and wish i knew it was coming on again, I would have recorded at home too. This mom knew her child, there’s a bonding that no one can ever take away. Luz knew her baby had not perished and I’m sitting here watching this movie w/my co-workers, 1 who’s near tears, and the other who wants the customers to stay out so we can finish watching it. This was sooooo touching, especially being a mom myself.
