Apparently Kriten Bell’s (Veronica Mars) name has been “brought up” in regards to a new character on LOST. The role is Charlotte, the “hot twentysomething who is said to be “precocious, loquacious and funny… a very successful academic who also knows how to handle herself in the real world.”
I, for one, would love to see Kristen Bell in Lost. I think she would be very good. I have seen some of the more serious stuff she has done and the girl can act. It would be a great change from her Veronica Mars character.
Unfortunately if you read closely, her name has only been “brought up” which pretty much means nothing. They are probably going through a list of available actresses at this point. Plus, it’s probably going to take a few rounds of auditioning until they make a decision. Knowing that they audition again and again for guest roles, I’m guessing that if it’s a regular part, it probably will take even longer for them to make a decision, and that’s assuming Kristen Bell is interested in the part.
So far I’m not holding my breath, but I’m definitely hoping.
