According to The Hollywood Reporter, HEROES has added an additional six new actors to its cast (as recurring roles), in addition to Nicholas D’Agosto (West, Claire’s boyfriend) and Dania Ramirez (Maya).
They are:
Barry Shabaka Henley – Character: Detective Fuller, a New York police officer.
Holt McCallany – Character: Ricky, the ringleader of a group of Irish thugs.
David Anders – Character: Ancient samurai warrior Takezo Kensei. Hiro Nakamura’s (Masi Oka) childhood hero.
“While never seen during “Heroes’ ” first season, Kensei played a key part in the show’s plot. Hiro spent most of the season trying to get ahold of Kensei’s sword, which he hoped would help him in his quest to save the world.”
Eriko Tamura (a Japanese pop star and actress) – Character: Japanese princess. Could she also be Hiro’s new love interest.
Lyndsy Fonseca – Character: April, a sweet cheerleader in Southern California (where Claire will be moving).
Dianna Agron – Character: Debbie, a mean cheerleader in Southern California (where Claire will be moving).
All I can think about is how lucky those people are. I am sure lots of people would kill to get those parts. Get ready for stardom…
